How can I purchase Teamprise?

Credit card purchases can be made via our website using the Teamprise Customer Service Portal. We also accept purchase orders over $1,000 which can be e-mailed to sales@teamprise.com or faxed to us at 217-356-0135. We would also be glad to assist you with an order over the phone by calling 217-356-8515 ext. 2.

Once an order has been processed, the Teamprise license keys will be sent electronically to the e-mail address specified when the order was submitted.

Can I purchase the Teamprise Client Suite separately?

Yes. Each of the Teamprise client applications can be purchased individually or as the entire suite.

Can I purchase Teamprise using a licensed reseller?

Yes. Teamprise has several qualified resellers available.

What is the cost of support?

There are no additional fees for support. Support services are provided with the purchase of the license keys.

What is the Teamprise Maintenance Plan?

When you participate in the Maintenance Plan, your organization will have the ability of automatically receiving the newest versions of the Teamprise Clients at no additional cost. This allows your organization to keep up with the latest developments and take advantage of software enhancements during the maintenance period. The Maintenance Plan is entirely optional but is much more cost-effective than purchasing upgrades individually. Read the Teamprise Maintenance Plan.

How much does the Teamprise Maintenance Plan cost?

The price depends upon which Teamprise client you decide to purchase. The average cost is 25% per user license. For exact prices, please visit the product pricing page.

How is Teamprise licensed?

Teamprise is licensed on a per-person basis. Each licensed person may install and use the software as many times as they wish on their devices. For additional details, please see the complete Teamprise Client Suite License agreement

Is a Client Access License (CAL) required when using any of the Teamprise Clients?

Yes. When using the Teamprise Client Suite to access a Team Foundation Server, a Microsoft Client Access License (CAL) must be purchased separately from Microsoft.

Do you provide volume discounts?

Volume discounts are available when making a purchase of 100-users or more for any of the Teamprise Clients. Please contact our sales department at sales@teamprise.com to find out more.

Is my IDE compatible with the Teamprise Plug-in for Eclipse?

The Teamprise Plug-in for Eclipse was specifically designed for Eclipse and is compatible with IDEs based on Eclipse 3.0 and newer. For specific listings, please see our IDE compatibility page or knowledge base article Compatibility Summary for Eclipse-based IDE's.

Do the license keys ever expire?

The Teamprise license keys never expire but they may become outdated. When major versions are released, a new license key will likely be needed. See the Teamprise Maintenance Plan section for additional details.

Does my organization have the Teamprise Maintenance Plan? If so, when does it expire?

You can obtain this information by logging in the Teamprise customer service portal. In fact, the CSP holds lots of pertinent information for organizations such as past orders and license keys and their versions and will also allow you the ability to make additional purchases.
